We offer a classy venue for seating of 50 for special performances or a professional meeting.  Stage, sound and lighting provide a venue like no other in Central New York.  Both the Piccolo Cafe and Canal Side Inn offer fine dining before your meeting or performance.  The arts are alive and well in Canal Place.  Please consider us for your next performance!

• All cell phones off during performances.
• The 45/15 rule!  Whether you have purchased advance tickets, or are on the list to attend a performance, you must be in attendance 15 minutes before showtime, or we reserve the right to give your seat to the next person in line.  Doors open 45 minutes before a performance.  We cannot guarantee prime seating after that point, no matter what the performance is.  All seating is general admission.
• If you are going to be late, you must call 315-823-0208 to let us know ahead of time, up until 15 minutes before showtime. 
• Upon exiting, you may use the stairwell by the elevator for exit (alarm is off during performances), and please limit only 6 bodies to the elevator at a time.
